💛 Meet Robin

I’m Robin Nussbaumer, a Certified Eating Freely™ Practitioner and Board-Certified Health Coach.
For years, I’ve worked with women who feel stuck in the exhausting cycle of dieting, overeating, and self-criticism — women who’ve spent their energy taking care of everyone else while putting themselves last.

Through the Eating Freely™ Program, I guide clients to:

  • Understand what drives emotional and binge eating

  • Reconnect with their body’s natural signals

  • Let go of guilt and perfectionism

  • Build self-compassion and confidence around food and life

My approach is grounded, kind, and realistic — because healing doesn’t happen through punishment. It happens through understanding, support, and small, sustainable shifts.
